How do you feel about a 16 year old dropping out of school to focus on guitar hero video game from WII?
I personally am shocked but I guess it's better than doing drugs and drinking...right? I know I wouldn't let my son drop out of school without doing some research and asking people how much money and time they are putting into competitions to make the big bucks. I would let him do one competition and if he really liked it then I would say okay but he would have to be home schooled and have homework like everyone else. I would never let my kid drop out without a back up plan. How do you feel about it and to all teens...what is your opinion?Okay, I'm not writing about my child because I only have one and he's not even in 4th grade until tomarrow. I don't even have a WII and I have never played the guitar hero game and neither has my son. The other thing, parents aren't getting stupider, I doubt that is even a word...I didn't appreciate that comment. I think everyone is confused by my feelings towards this subject, I do not agree with the fact that the parents just allowed him to quit school. I think they made a huge mistake. But, I also know how stubborn some teenagers are and that is why I would've tried to compramise with him. I know and realize that it is just a video game and I believe that he is living in a fantasy world. I don't think that he will make it because I doubt these competitions will even last longer than a year.

why not? how hard would that be to create, and it would teach kids how to play the guitar for real and we could finally get rid of Rap Music because everyone would be a guitar hero

I know a lot of cool movie soundtracks that should be put on Guitar Hero and Rock Band And that's why I'm going to talk to the creaters and people of Guitar Hero and Rock Band about the COOL ANDAWESOME movie soundtracks and talk to them about making a " Guitar Hero Razor Blazin' Soundtracks" and a " Rock Band Extravaganza Soundtracks Jamz" too The list of soundtracks I came up with so far are...1. " You And Me" by Tiffany " Through The Blue" by Gale Rose and " Maybe Love" By Steve Mcclintock all from Jetsons The Movie 2. " Earth, Wind, Fire, And Air" and " I'm A Hex Girl" by The Hex Girls from Scooby Doo And The Witches Ghost 3. " The Touch" by Stan Bush The original 1986 version from Transformers The Movie 1986 4. And " Strength To Carry On" by Jennifer Cihi from Sailor Moon Those are the soundtrack I thought of for Rock Band and Guitar Her so far Can YOU name MORE motion picture SOUNDTRACKS they should make for Guitar Her and Rock Band? I really think 'Earth, Wind, Fire, And Air" by The Hex Girls should be one of them because the song is so COOL And wouldn't be cool if they make a " Jem And The Holograms" Rock Bnad and Guitar Hero Game? So can you think of more soundtrack for Rock Bnad And Guitar Hero???
Do you have to know how to read music/play the guitar to play the Guitar Hero video games (pc, ps, wii, xbox)?
am very interested in this game, but i don't know how to read music or how to play any instruments. is the game set up so that i can play it without knowing how to do so?if so, is there any one easier than the others?
